What is Emotional Freedom Techniques?
Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) can help with many psychological and physical conditions eliminating negative emotions.
EFT is based on recent discoveries regarding the body's energy system and works along the similar premise to reflexology, acupuncture, and Tai Chi.
How does EFT work?
Albert Einstein stated, during the 1920s, that everything (including our bodies) is composed of energy. EFT works by re-aligning the energy flow in the body, by using gentle tapping on meridian points and subsequently changes the way energy travels around the body and therefore removing or reducing psychological and physical conditions.
The technique combines tapping at specific points on your body with your fingers and saying specific statements relating to what you want to change. The change is measurable so we are able to track progress and you can see the evidence yourself of how fast and effective this method is.
What can EFT be used for?
